1 SWA Engineer Regiment - (3 members)

The 1 SWA Engineer Regiment formed part of the SWATF from 1980. It comprised of an Operational Field Engineer Squadron, a Field Elngineer Training Wing (for training of National Servicemen), a Construction Squadron, and a Build and Works Squadron. Tasks included mine-clearing operations, operational field engineer tasks, road- and airfield construction, and other tasks.
