| Reported Missing believed killed in South Eastern Angola during a contact with enemy forces between Luenge and Coutada du Mucusso while driving a Unimog loaded with a ton or more of explosives. The South African Force was ambushed while the company was returning to Buffalo and his vehicle was hit with a Soviet PG-7 Anti-Tank Rocket and exploded. His remains were never recovered. He was officially declared dead in 1983 |
